Trent Woods is a small town situated along the Trent River in Craven County, North Carolina. Our name was derived from the fact that the area along the Trent River was heavily wooded, hence "Trent Woods".
Since the Town's incorporation in 1959, our town has become one of the most beautiful residential areas in coastal North Carolina. Experiencing all four seasons is a delight as our flora and fauna are spectacular, especially in the spring and fall.
Trent Woods is a bedroom community with quiet neighborhoods, local schools and churches, as well as close and convenient access to many amenities without having the commercialism within our community.
